Refund Policy
We value your satisfaction and are committed to providing quality pieces. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:
- The item delivered is damaged, wrong, or significantly different from what was ordered.
- A refund request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item is returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.

- Items bought on sale or clearance.
- Delays caused by shipping or customs (as we have no control over external logistics once items are dispatched).
- Minor color differences due to lighting or screen resolution.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
- We do not accept exchanges for custom or made-to-order items.
